That last moment one cannot describe
That last breath, the fear that grips the heart
Maybe if death could be bribed
Then a negotiation could have sufficed
The helplessness; knowing it’s the last
No warning …no choice to be made
Death seeps in and cuts off existence
A face that once wore smiles fades
Do we call it chance or maybe destiny
Who knew it was their final destination
Just a split second and it’s all dark

A black Sunday indeed!
I'm short of words but  pray that God almighty cleanses and restores our land.

May the souls of those affected by the Dana Plane Crash Rest in Perfect Peace!
Amen

  1. Death, truly the invincible foe of man. Many went out but never knew they were taking a journey of no return. With a saddened heart i commensurate with the family of the deceased.

  2. Those words bore a deep tunnel in my heart, a reminiscence of it could have been Me,a family member,a friend or an acquaintance. Words alone can't describe the depth of pain the bereaved families are going through. Yet i say this tragedy could have been averted. Lo! Poor Maintainance. The smell of doom awaits the wicked managers of such Aircrafts. May the souls of the departed ones Rest In Peace! May God Almighty grant the families of the bereaved the fortitude to bear the loss.

  4. The last thoughts of those on that plane is unimaginable, knowing they were going to breathe their last , also knowing they were never going to see thier loved ones again .............its humbling, and even as at this morning i am short of words coz right there in our house at Iju isaga, we saw the fire burning, we saw the smoke, we saw the pandemonium, we saw the helicopters howering, but alas it was too late. God, have mercy on our land and forgive our sins. Amen
